Yaesu FT-2800M

The next radio I will get is the Yaesu FT-2800M.
Wherever you are, even if out of cellular range,
the 65 watts of transmit power should be well enough
for you to be able to key into a repeater several counties away.
Defiantly, a good radio to have when you are out there alone and no way
to reach out for help.

My hand held transceiver is being shipped.

I am pretty jazzed because my 2-meter hand held transceiver is being mailed to my home from Hong Kong.
